Test results will be given to your referring physician and/or you as soon as they are available. If you have an appointment scheduled, your cardiologist may go over the results with you. In some cases, your results may be mailed.
If you have been instructed to call for your test results, please be prepared to give the following information:
• Type of test done
• Where the test was performed
One of our nurses will access your chart and return your call.
Based on the results of the exam and office testing, a follow up visit or further diagnostic procedures may be required at a later date. Your cardiologist will discuss further treatment recommendations with you, when appropriate.
