Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours and you must be currently under our care. 

Call the office you normally visit and provide the following information:

  • Your name and telephone number (spell last name)
  • Your date of birth  
  • Pharmacy name 
  • Pharmacy phone number 
  • Medication name, dosage, and quantity 
  • Directions on how to take the medication

Refills generally take 24 to 48 hours to process. If at any time you have questions about how to take your prescription, please do not hesitate to call the office you visit and ask to speak to one of our nurses. Our nurse will answer your questions, or if necessary, talk to your physician and get back to you.

If you call the office after hours, you may be prompted to select the after hours prescription refill voice mailboxes available at some offices.  We respond to these messages during normal business days.  Please call the office you normally visit so we can quickly access your records when the office opens.
